Ως λυτρωθεισα των δεινων ευχαριστηρια
Os lytrotheisa ton deinon efcharistiria
we Thy flock dedicate a feast of victory and thanks offering

Αναγραφω Σοι η πολις Σου, Θεοτοκε

as ones rescued from sufferings, O Theotokos

Αλλ' ως εχουσα το κρατος απροσμαχητον
All os echousa to kratos aprosmachiton
But as Thou art one with might which is invincible

Εκ παντοιων με κινδυνων ελευθερωσον
Ek pantoion me kindynon eleftheroson
from all perils that can be do Thou deliver us
